International Mobility Forum: explore your opportunities to study abroad!
This forum aims to promote international mobility among Montpellier SupAgro students and staff. This event will be an opportunity for you to refine your plans to train abroad and obtain practical advice and useful information to facilitate the preparation of your mobility project.
Representatives of foreign institutions, international students currently studying in France, Montpellier SupAgro students who have gone abroad in previous years, and teachers involved in various international training programs will be present at stands to answer questions from students and staff interested in going abroad. You will find a wealth of information on the programs offered by the universities and schools with which Montpellier SupAgro has established exchange agreements, the culture and practices of host countries to facilitate your integration once there, cultural and sports activities offered by partner institutions, etc. The stands of the foreign institutions will be grouped by geographical area and country in Espace Philippe Lamour, located in the heart of the school.
You also will be able to learn about the administrative procedures to be undertaken and the funding arrangements (scholarships) from staff in charge of academic mobility and internships abroad. The entire team of the International Relations and Language Department (SRIL) is working to help you realize your international mobility project. Come meet them at their stand!
The forum will be followed by a festive international evening event organized in the campus cafeteria by students from the international student reception team. The evening’s program includes discovering and tasting dishes from around the world prepared by international students, an open-mike music session and intercultural games.
Come to the International Mobility Forum on Thursday, 8 March 2018 from 2 pm at Espace Philippe Lamour (Hall of Honor - Bat.9) on La Gaillarde campus in Montpellier. This forum is organized by Montpellier SupAgro's International Relations and Language Department (SRIL). It is part of the international week organized from 6 to 9 March under the aegis of I-MUSE (Montpellier University of Excellence) by several higher education and research institutions (Montpellier SupAgro, University of Montpellier, Paul Valéry University, Advanced National School of Chemistry in Montpellier, CIRAD and IAMM). These institutions have mobilized to engage in reflection on the issues of the Bologna process ahead of the Bologna Ministerial Conference scheduled for 23-25 May in Paris.
