Calling R from QGIS
The toolbox is the main element of the processing framework. It shows the list of all available algorithms grouped in di erent blocks, and is the access point to run them whether as a single process or as a batch process involving several executions of a same algorithm on di erent sets of inputs;
Use the toolbox to:
Create a new R script;
Edit an existing script that has been saved earlier in some user-de ned group, or a R script from the on-line scripts collection;
Execute an existing script.
