At the meeting of the Council of the Faculty for Processing Technologies, 20th of November 2014, a report of professor Anatoly V. Brykalov – coordinator of TEMPUS Project – was presented. The report contains information about results of SWOT analysis describing interaction between university staff and professionals working in the field of food production in Krasnodar region, results of professionals’ survey.  The structure of the analysis lets to figure out strong and weak features of the collaboration.

Dean of the Faculty for Processing Technologies Artem Stepovoy, Head of the Chair for Biotechnology and Biochemistry professor Alexander Petenko, deputy Head of the Chair for Processing and Storage of the Production of Animal Origin professor Alexandra Patieva took part in the discussion of the report.

According to the conclusion of the Council, the announced results will be presented to stakeholders of Kuban SAU in closest time.
