Professional stakeholders, all project coordinators and experts from UNIPI, AO and SUPAGRO will gather at Krasnodar from March the 23rd to the 27th with the aims of :

  • knowing more about skill’s needs in the areas of food safety, traditionnal food processing and entrepreneurship/marketing. Indeed it is one of the main TradPro’s objectives to build training modules tailored to the needs of professionals.
  • learning how to manage this kind of seminar. Project’s coordinators will then come back to theirrespective universities and, in the following weeks, they will organise similar seminars to survey stakeholders skill’s needs for their regions.

Around end of April , TradPro’s team shall then have collected enough information to design 3 training modules adapted to stakeholder’s needs.
