24 November 2015 at the agricultural faculty within the program “Tempus TradPro” held informative seminar “Principles of the HACCP system and their implementation in the establishment” with participation of professionals of Elista establishments. In the meeting took part the chief of Department of sanitary inspection of Management of Rospotrebnadzor on Kalmyk Republic Boldyreva Tatyana Sergeevna, Deputy head of the territorial Department of the Central Department of Rospotrebnadzor for the Kalmyk Republic Brodskaya Elina Filippovna. The seminar participants discussed the issues of implementation by economic entities engaged in production of food products, procedures based on the HACCP principles exchanged views on the norms of technical regulations of the Customs Union “On safety of milk and dairy products” (TR TS 033/2013) and “On safety of meat and meat products” (TR CU 034/2014). A presentation was made by the Dean of agricultural faculty, Director of professional development Center of KalmSU, professor A. K. Natyrov. He told the audience about the aims and objectives of the project “Tempus TradPro”, the partners and the possibilities of this program and the Professional Development Center of KalmSU, created for the development of cooperation with the professional community in the field of food production. The Rapporteur informed the participants that in the 2016-2017 academic year will be recruitment of students for training in a magistracy on a direction 19.04.03 – food Products of animal origin (master program “Food safety, production and marketing of traditional food”).
The keynote address was presented by associate professor of animal science and veterinary medicine Mashtykov S. S. He explained to the audience the essence of the HACCP system and described the algorithm of implementation of the HACCP system in the establishment. In the ensuing heated debate audience came to the conclusion about the need to organize training courses on the HACCP system at the faculty of additional professional education calgo for the successful implementation of the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union. The seminar was attended by 46 representatives of establishments.
