Sur cette exploitation, travaillent une agricultrice et son mari, les deux sont des travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>L\u2019agricultrice commercialise sa production via une coop\u00e9rative agricole locale tr\u00e8s impliqu\u00e9e dans la production et la commercialisation de semences. Elle \u00a0a ainsi le choix entre\u00a0deux types de production, des grandes cultures destin\u00e9es au march\u00e9 de l\u2019alimentation humaine ou animale et des cultures pour la production de semences, produites sous contrat avec la coop\u00e9rative.\u00a0 Les grandes cultures qu\u2019elle peut produire (\u00e0 destination des march\u00e9s \u00a0de l\u2019alimentation humaine ou animale) sont\u00a0: bl\u00e9 tendre, bl\u00e9 dur, soja et tournesol. Les cultures destin\u00e9es \u00e0 la production des semences, concernent le ma\u00efs et des cultures potag\u00e8res\u00a0: concombre, chou, betterave, carotte, oignon et persil. Les cultures destin\u00e9es \u00e0 la production de semences sont beaucoup plus rentables, mais les exigences de qualit\u00e9 de la coop\u00e9rative sont tr\u00e8s strictes et certaines ann\u00e9es, les conditions climatiques ne permettent pas d\u2019atteindre la qualit\u00e9 pr\u00e9vue dans le cahier des charges. Le prix qui d\u00e9pend de la qualit\u00e9 s\u2019en ressent. Dans certains cas, la coop\u00e9rative peut refuser la totalit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9colte. La marge brute de cette production est alors nulle.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Les cultures de semences sont consommatrices de main d\u2019\u0153uvre non qualifi\u00e9e, pour la r\u00e9colte. Ce travail est enti\u00e8rement salari\u00e9 et doit \u00eatre surveill\u00e9 par un travailleur qualifi\u00e9 (familial ou salari\u00e9 lui aussi). On compte un travailleur qualifi\u00e9 pour surveiller 20 travailleurs non qualifi\u00e9s. Un travailleur salari\u00e9 coute\u00a011.1\u20ac\/heure et un travailleur qualifi\u00e9\u00a073.3\u20ac\/heure. Les charges fixes de l\u2019exploitation sont de\u00a093293\u20ac. L\u2019agricultrice peut louer des terres \u00e0 ses voisins avec un prix du fermage de 519\u20ac. Les charges pour chaque culture sont divis\u00e9es en trois types, les charges op\u00e9rationnelles hors main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, les charges sp\u00e9cifiques et les charges de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre salari\u00e9e.
