There are 2 standpoints from which we can design a course which improves the employability of the students:
Help students to acquire the tried and trusted professional skills through real work situations: by meeting professionals, doing work commissioned by professionals or by doing placements or internships
Accompany students in their progression towards ‘employability': coach them in job finding techniques etc.
